I ordered a "HD Lace Wig" and the hair itself is quite good, very soft and the lace blends well. I was happy with the product quality for sure. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around 10 days to get to me in Texas. The tracking was a little slow to update at first, which made me a bit nervous. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but didn't offer much more info than what was already on the tracking page. For the price, it's a solid wig, but they could improve on the shipping transparency and speed.
